Can we have rooms next to each other?

If you book over the phone we can give you the information and arrange something most of the time, if you want the rooms together when booking over the internet it will depend but we always do our best to have you close together. 

Do you have a lift?

No lifts, Some rooms are on the 2nd floor, please let us know before you book if there are any special requirements. We do have a few rooms which are on the ground floor of the car park and 1 room that has a walk in shower.

Can I reserve Parking?

The car park is first come first serve and usually there is enough spaces for everyone, in case it is full then there is parking available in the front of the hotel (lay-by) from 6pm till 8am. Only 1 car per room is allowed. 

Can I smoke in the room?

Strictly no smoking i'm afraid, but your welcome to smoke outside. Any guests caught smoking in the room we charge a £100 fine to pay for cleaning and for the room being out of action. This includes smoking in the bathroom and out of the windows.

Can I bring my dog?

No pets of any kind, and no pets to be left in the vehicle. If you would like a list of places nearby who take pets please give us a call.

Do you serve evening meals?

There's many places within a few minutes walk of the hotel, we can give you a recommendation of where to eat at reception. If you're worried about getting a bite to eat when arriving late, then Wetherspoons serve till 11pm every night.

How do I cancel my reservation?

It will depend on how you have booked with us, if you have booked directly with us by phone then you can email or phone us directly, if you have booked online then you will have to follow their procedures which will be in your confirmation email.
